Welcome,

Most brilliant things don't fail. They're just in the wrong place.

Positioning — for products, for companies, for careers.

Brands I've worked with
Vision

A world where nothing brilliant sits in the wrong place — no brand, no company, no career.

01 Position your product

Building for the market you're trying to capture is part science, part imagination. I do both. As a CMO I've led GTM functions across the technology industry — strategy through to growth — turning complex products and services into propositions your market understands instantly. Because the best product rarely wins; the best-positioned one does.

02 Find your talent

Growing a team is a balancing act. Knowing where to look is a maze. Screening and interviewing is exhausting. I shortcut all three: my network runs deep into top technology talent across marketing, creative, strategy and growth — including the people who never appear on the market, because someone already knows them. Tell me what you're searching for.

03 Find your next role

Which companies are hiring. Which ones are actually great to work for. How to get in front of the leaders who do the hiring. I get asked these three questions constantly — because the answers rarely live on a careers page. If you're looking for your next opportunity, or you're an emerging talent, get in touch and I'll pair you with the right people.

Introducing

The Right Room

The best opportunities are never posted. They're passed across a table. The Right Room seats founders, brand leaders and the C‑suite alongside the creatives, technologists, marketers and growth minds they can't build without. The people who decide what's next, and the people who know what's next.

About me

I've spent the last decade in the go-to-market engine rooms of high-growth tech — building strategy, running GTM, and standing up high-performing teams. People, products and brands are brilliant, but not if they're placed in the wrong place.

Positioning that turns what is this? into when can we start?

Your buyers see forty products claiming the same three things. When everything sounds alike, they don't choose the best one — they choose the one they understood fastest. That's not a marketing problem. It's a positioning problem.

What positioning actually is

Positioning is deciding what you're the answer to: which customers, against which alternatives, for which value. Get it right and everything downstream gets easier — messaging writes itself, marketing stops guessing, sales stops discounting. Get it wrong and every team tells a different story about the same product.

I like to take complex products and services and make them instantly legible to the market they're chasing.

The symptoms of old, or irrelevant positioning

The best product rarely wins; the best-positioned, well distributed one does.

Who this isn't for: pre-product ideas, and anyone shopping for a tagline. Positioning is a decision, not a decoration.

Find your talent

Odds are you'll be hiring within six months. And odds are the mainstream platforms will serve you what they serve everyone: generic candidates — no recommendation attached, none of the AI fluency you're actually after.

A team at work around a shared studio desk

Ask me instead. I keep a pool of exceptional people quietly waiting for the right match — vetted by me personally, advised to train fluent in AI operating systems, and already carrying the soft skills you can't teach. I don't introduce just anyone.

Send me a message and we'll start opening the conversation, and the doors, to the right room.

Who this isn't for: filling a headcount spreadsheet. If the role can't flex to fit the right person, the mainstream platforms will serve you fine.

Find your next role

You're here because you're good at what you do — and getting curious about what's next. Maybe you're experienced. Maybe you're emerging. Either way, the instinct is the same: your next role should match your trajectory, not just your CV.

Here's what the job boards won't tell you: the best roles are filled before they're posted. Someone in the room says a name, and the listing never happens. That's not unfair — it's just how it works. So that's the job: making sure the name is yours. I put you in the right rooms, with the right people, before there's anything to apply for.

A long table of people in conversation in a sunlit loft

It's the same reason I run The Right Room in seven cities — the information that actually decides your career (what roles pay, which teams are good, who's really hiring) never makes it to a careers page. I trade in that information every day.

Tell me your trajectory. I'll tell you which rooms it opens.

Who this isn't for: CV polishing. This is for people choosing the next room deliberately — not taking any room that'll have them.
